Every Made From Wonder Studio product begins with original artwork inspired by a child's creativity and is thoughtfully transformed into a unique, made-to-order keepsake. Rather than sitting on a warehouse shelf, each item is created especially for you after your order is placed. This approach helps reduce waste while ensuring every product is crafted with care.

Order Processing

All orders are made to order and are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, production times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping address changes, cancellations, or order modifications can be accommodated once production has started.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, they may be produced by different production partners and shipped separately.

As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different dates.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners to fulfill every order promptly, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Holiday shipping volumes
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Other unforeseen events

We appreciate your understanding should unexpected delays occur.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at madefromwonderstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

To help us investigate your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
